HAIYU DRAMAS · LEGAL
Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026 · Effective upon publication
1. Operator and scope
These Terms govern your use of Haiyu Dramas, our short-drama mini app within TikTok Minis, and the related Haiyu Dramas information and support pages that link to these Terms (the “Service”). The operator is 青岛海屿光影文化传媒有限公司, a company based in China (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms take effect upon publication and apply to services made available to you. The available content, features, and purchase options are those displayed in the Service. Publication of these Terms does not by itself create a purchase or subscription.
2. Eligibility and young users
You must meet TikTok’s applicable age requirements, local legal requirements, and any age rating or restriction shown for the Service or individual content. Users below the applicable age of majority must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian and obtain permission where required. Permission does not override a minimum age or content restriction.
Young users may access only content appropriate for their age. A minor must obtain a parent’s or guardian’s authorization for purchases where required. We may restrict access where age eligibility cannot lawfully be established.
3. Agreement and platform access
By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms where such agreement is valid under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TikTok’s terms also apply to your use of its platform. We operate Haiyu Dramas independently; these Terms do not replace TikTok’s terms or imply TikTok endorsement.
If a feature requires platform authorization, review the requested permissions before agreeing. Protect your platform account and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use of Haiyu Dramas. Do not share passwords or verification codes with us.
4. Content and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and any purchase conditions, you may access available dramas for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. We or our licensors own the videos, subtitles, artwork, software, trademarks, and other protected materials. Access does not transfer ownership.
Do not unlawfully copy, redistribute, sell, publicly show, or exploit content; bypass payment, geographic, age, or security controls; scrape or download content through unauthorized tools; introduce malicious software; access another person’s account; or violate intellectual property or other rights. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.
5. Availability and content notices
Content, languages, features, and access rights may vary by location, device, age, and licensing arrangements. Drama content is fictional unless stated otherwise. Observe displayed ratings and content notices. We may change or remove content for licensing, legal, safety, or technical reasons, subject to applicable consumer rights and paid-access commitments.
We do not promise availability in every country. Access is offered only where lawful and supported by the platform.
6. Free and paid access
The Service may contain both free and paid content. Before a purchase, the applicable screen must identify the price, currency, content or benefits provided, access duration, applicable taxes or charges, and relevant purchase conditions. A feature described here is offered only when it is actually displayed and enabled.
If subscriptions are introduced, the purchase screen must disclose the billing period, renewal price, any trial conversion, automatic-renewal conditions, and how to cancel before you subscribe. Recurring charges require your authorization. Cancel through the purchase channel identified in your receipt or subscription settings; cancellation does not automatically refund past charges. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
If an advertisement-based unlock is offered, its conditions will be explained before you choose it. Advertising and related data processing require the notices, choices, and age protections required by applicable law. We do not authorize a charge merely because you visit this policy page.
7. Refunds and payment problems
Your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective, unavailable, or misdescribed digital content, remain in force. Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the rules of the purchase channel. We do not impose a universal “no refunds” rule.
Contact us with the purchase date, transaction reference, and a description of the problem. We may direct you to the platform or payment provider if it controls the refund. Do not send full card details. Where immediate digital delivery affects a statutory withdrawal right, any legally required express request, consent, and acknowledgment must be obtained before delivery; these Terms alone do not waive that right.
8. Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to exercise your rights. Feature-specific notices and permissions apply where required.
For support, copyright concerns, or complaints, email us. For copyright reports, identify the material, your rights, your contact details, and the basis of your request. Provide only information reasonably needed to investigate.
9. Service changes and access restrictions
We may perform maintenance and make reasonable changes to the Service. We will give appropriate advance notice of material changes where required or reasonably practicable. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for a material breach, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and offer a way to ask for review through our contact email.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping use does not by itself cancel an active subscription; use the relevant cancellation controls. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations, mandatory refund rights, or data-protection rights.
10. Responsibility
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections and liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. Please contact us to seek a resolution. You retain the right to complain to a competent authority and bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive collective remedies where such a waiver is prohibited.
12. Updates and contact
We will revise the “Last updated” date when these Terms change. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, and renewed agreement will be requested where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
